Terms of Use & Refund Policy

1. What you buy

A license key unlocks the paid features of the respective tool for you or your company, on up to 5 devices/browsers. "Lifetime" means: one payment, no recurring fees, for as long as the product is offered. All prices shown include VAT where applicable; the exact VAT for your country is shown at checkout.

2. Seller of record

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as Merchant of Record. Your invoice (including VAT, and reverse-charge for valid EU VAT IDs) is issued by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.

3. Right of withdrawal & refunds

For digital content, statutory withdrawal expires once performance begins with your consent (the license key is delivered immediately at purchase; you consent to immediate performance at checkout). Independently of this, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee: e-mail us with your order number and you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

4. Free versions & no accounts

All tools offer a free tier without registration. Your data is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us (see Privacy Policy).

5. No professional advice

The tools perform technical checks and generate technical documents. They do not constitute legal, tax or immigration advice, and do not guarantee acceptance by any authority (tax offices, TRACES, border control, market surveillance). Verify results with the competent authority or a qualified advisor.

6. Warranty & liability

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under mandatory law (e.g. product liability) remains unaffected.

7. Updates

We may provide updates at our discretion. Where EU consumer law requires updates for digital products, statutory obligations apply.

8. Governing law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
